Born London, England in 1955,

Arrived in Australia in 1971.

Graduated as Architect from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Currently living in Melbourne

“As humans each piece of timber is individual. Strengths and weaknesses within, guide my hands to extract the muscles formations within my work. Cutting into the grain of the wood, the veins and true heart of the timber is exposed, revealing the nature of the living sculpture. Sanding and removing layer by layer, I expose the soul of the piece, to unveil its character and individuality.”
